Tetti Roofing

A multi-location roofing website with templated local pages and a short mobile estimate flow.

Tetti Roofing serves homeowners across several counties in the US Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Its old website treated every location the same — repetitive pages, weak local context, and too many steps to ask for an estimate. We rebuilt it as one scalable site that speaks locally everywhere the company works.

Client / Product Overview

A residential roofing company with local teams across multiple service areas, covering roof replacement and repair. Most of its work starts with a homeowner asking for an estimate.

Industry
Home Services
Project Scope
Audit of the existing site, a multi-location information architecture, a location-aware homepage, location and service page templates built for local search, and a mobile-first estimate request flow with photo upload.

Before

The Challenge

Location pages were inconsistent and repeated the same content, so none of them was genuinely local. Leads arrived without the context the team needed to quote, and requesting an estimate took too many steps.

Approach

From the problem to a direction

Strategy first, then the experience, then how it looks.

  1. 01

    Discovery / Strategy

We designed one main site that branches into county-level location pages, each carrying its own local content, reviews, projects and service information. Launching a new service area becomes a matter of filling in a template, not building a page.

  2. 02

    UX Approach

The homepage speaks to where the visitor lives — “Roofing Built for Where You Live” — and every page keeps the next step visible. Asking for an estimate is either one tap to call or a short sequence: choose a service, request an estimate, add photos.

  3. 03

    UI / Visual Direction

A palette of slate navy, warm terracotta, soft sand, off-white and charcoal — trustworthy without the clichés of the category — with project photography and before/after comparisons doing the selling.

The Build

Development

A marketing website built on reusable templates — a location page and a service page that each area and service fills with its own content — plus an estimate request flow designed mobile-first, with photo upload built in.

Key Features

  1. 01Location-aware homepage
  2. 02Service-area system: one main site branching into county pages

Final Product

One website that scales across service areas: every location with a page that's genuinely local, every service explained properly, and an estimate request a homeowner can finish from their phone.
