Warwick Roofing & Restoration

A guided, photo-backed estimate builder that gives homeowners an instant price range and books an inspection.

Warwick Roofing & Restoration's estimates started with a thin contact form and carried on over email and text, asking for photos, measurements and details that should have been collected at the start. We replaced it with a guided estimate builder that gathers everything up front and gives homeowners a price range straight away.

Client / Product Overview

A roofing and restoration company in Delaware — “Built to protect. Built to last.” — handling roof repairs, replacements and storm damage for homeowners.

Industry
Home Services
Project Scope
Estimate workflow audit, UX and UI design, and a six-step estimate builder on desktop and mobile with damage assessment, photo upload, an instant estimate range and inspection booking.

Before

The Challenge

The estimate form asked for almost nothing, so every lead started a chain of follow-ups: photos requested by email and sent by text, measurements in a separate spreadsheet, notes on paper. Estimating was slow because the information was scattered before the work could even begin.

Approach

From the problem to a direction

Strategy first, then the experience, then how it looks.

  1. 01

    Discovery / Strategy

We listed every question the estimating team asks after a form comes in, and moved each one into the form itself — in plain language a homeowner can answer, in the order they'd naturally think about their roof.

  2. 02

    UX Approach

Six steps: Property, Service, Roof Details, Condition, Photos and Estimate. Damage is chosen from clear tiles — leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, sagging, flashing, gutters — photos upload by drag and drop, and the flow ends with a price range and a calendar rather than “we'll be in touch”.

  3. 03

    UI / Visual Direction

Deep forest green and antique gold on cream panels, a serif display face and dusk house photography — established and trustworthy, with trust signals kept alongside every step.

The Build

Development

A web app inside the marketing site, with a matching mobile flow. Answers and photos feed an instant estimate with its assumptions and optional add-ons, a scheduling step books the inspection, and the team receives a complete estimate summary internally.
